Questionnaire

Questionnaires define a list of questions that can be asked to users. Questions may have different reply types, including custom ones.

Saving a questionnaires overwrites it by default. It's also possible to save it as a new version, leaving the existing version as is. It's upto the editor to choose which versions are "active" and available to fill in.
